The current cost of a stamp to post a card or letter overseas is $3.20 (up to 50g). This is the cost to post a card to the UK, the US and the rest of the world.
The cost to send a card to New Zealand is $2.30, while for addresses in Asia-Pacific, the cost is $2.50.
Christmas cards
Each year Australia Post offers a discounted rate for stamps to send Christmas cards both within Australia, and to international addresses.
The cost of a stamp to post a Christmas card within Australia is $0.65.
The cost of a stamp to post a Christmas card outside of Australia is $2.20.
This cost is the same to send a Christmas card to the UK, the US, Asia Pacific and the rest of the world, as well as to send a Christmas card to New Zealand.
This special price applies to Christmas cards only, in November and December.
